الفهرس
  • بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ عَبَسَ وَتَوَلَّىٰٓ
    1
    He frowned and turned away
  • أَن جَآءَهُ ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ
    2
    Because the blind man came unto him.
  • وَمَا يُدْرِيكَ لَعَلَّهُۥ يَزَّكَّىٰٓ
    3
    What could inform thee but that he might grow (in grace)
  • أَوْ يَذَّكَّرُ فَتَنفَعَهُ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰٓ
    4
    Or take heed and so the reminder might avail him?
  • أَمَّا مَنِ ٱسْتَغْنَىٰ
    5
    As for him who thinketh himself independent,
  • فَأَنتَ لَهُۥ تَصَدَّىٰ
    6
    Unto him thou payest regard.
  • وَمَا عَلَيْكَ أَلَّا يَزَّكَّىٰ
    7
    Yet it is not thy concern if he grow not (in grace).
  • وَأَمَّا مَن جَآءَكَ يَسْعَىٰ
    8
    But as for him who cometh unto thee with earnest purpose
  • وَهُوَ يَخْشَىٰ
    9
    And hath fear,
  • فَأَنتَ عَنْهُ تَلَهَّىٰ
    10
    From him thou art distracted.
