  • ثُمَّ ٱلْجَحِيمَ صَلُّوهُ
    31
    And then expose him to hell-fire
  • ثُمَّ فِى سِلْسِلَةٍۢ ذَرْعُهَا سَبْعُونَ ذِرَاعًۭا فَٱسْلُكُوهُ
    32
    And then insert him in a chain whereof the length is seventy cubits.
  • إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ لَا يُؤْمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
    33
    Lo! He used not to believe in Allah the Tremendous,
  • وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ
    34
    And urged not on the feeding of the wretched.
  • فَلَيْسَ لَهُ ٱلْيَوْمَ هَٰهُنَا حَمِيمٌۭ
    35
    Therefor hath he no lover here this day,
  • وَلَا طَعَامٌ إِلَّا مِنْ غِسْلِينٍۢ
    36
    Nor any food save filth
  • لَّا يَأْكُلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱلْخَٰطِـُٔونَ
    37
    Which none but sinners eat.
  • فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِمَا تُبْصِرُونَ
    38
    But nay! I swear by all that ye see
  • وَمَا لَا تُبْصِرُونَ
    39
    And all that ye see not
  • إِنَّهُۥ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍۢ كَرِيمٍۢ
    40
    That it is indeed the speech of an illustrious messenger.
